What you said is so true. It&#039;s great that we &quot;older&quot; women are trying to stay in shape. A lot of changes happen to our bodies as we age. Our bones soften, muscle mass tends to leave easier, our blood even thickens. We require more protein and a host of other things. The very thing that will help us stay young...exercise...can also hurt us if we don&#039;t respect those changes. Thank you for sharing this information.

The latest report said that women who are middle aged need 60 minutes of exercise to be able to maintain their currant eating patterns. That&#039;s not cleaning house or gardening that&#039;s walking briskly or doing some sort of aerobics.
