		<description>It is confusing isn&#039;t it. I&#039;m certified by the American Council on Exercise as a fitness trainer and a lifestyle and weight management consultant so I get lots of info from ACE. The latest report said that women who are middle aged need 60 minutes of exercise to be able to maintain their currant eating patterns. That&#039;s not cleaning house or gardening that&#039;s walking briskly or doing some sort of aerobics.
