Your personal program is just that – personal and customized for you. Not an off-the-shelf self help book or a generic workout from the Internet. Mary Ellen prepares and approves each and every routine based on your specific needs and abilities.

What To Expect from M.E.

 

Once your profile is received and Mary Ellen has had a chance to chat with you about your goals and schedule, you’ll receive an email with detailed diagrams and instructions specific to your workout. These diagrams are meant to guide you through your workout and show you the correct technique for each exercise. Of course Mary Ellen will give you a detailed explanation of each beforehand so you know exactly what to expect, how long each exercise should take and what you need in preparation.

What You Need

 

The only things you need before your workout is a comfortable space (if not training at the Bodies by M.E. studio), a good night’s rest and a winning attitude. If you have that those there are only a few other items, should we choose to use them, including:

·Heart Rate Monitor
·Timing Device (Clock or Timer)
·Rubberized Tubing
·Medicine and/or Therapy Ball
·Dumbbells & Workout Bench

For any reason you do not have access to any of these items, Bodies by M.E. can provide them. Please call for the latest recommendations on our preferred styles & brands first though.
